A three component cementitious polyurethane screed
Polycrete® HF 6 or 9 mm is ideal for areas, which are subject to extremely heavy mechanical or high chemical charges, with hygienic demands, such as dairies, bakeries, breweries, slaughter houses, smokehouses, ovens and cold stores, and generally in the food industry, where steam cleaning is required.
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Resist 130°C water temperatures
- High abrasion resistance
- Seamless and hygienic finish
- Easy to clean and sterilise
- Low maintenance cost
- Anti slip finish if required
- Low odour during installation.
Polycrete® HF is a coloured smooth floor with white fleck, which is exposed as the surface is trafficked.
15 - 25 years.
To provide a heavy duty floor finish with exceptional temperature and chemical resistance. Typical uses are wet and dry process areas with hot liquid spillage, hot water cleaning, heavy traffic, impact and chemical exposure.
Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC., best 15 to 25ºC., max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.
Polycrete® HF is resistant to temperature cycles up to 130ºC dry heat and 100ºC. wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.
See standard shades available in "Colour" range.
Polycrete® HF is not colour stable and may discolour on ageing especially light colours.
We recommend therefore darker colours such as Brown Beige, Tomato Red, Leaf Green and Stone Grey where this colour change hardly is noticeable. Product functionality will not be influenced by this.
