Polycrete® SL

A two component self levelling polyurethane base flooring system

Polycrete® SL 2-3 mm is recommended for industrial areas, which are subject to normal charges. The floors get a high wear resistance, high chemical resistance and medium resistance to shocks. The floor is very resistant to much traffic, chock absorbing and sound absorbing, and is therefore suitable for dry areas as laboratories, corridor areas, electronic companies and hospitals, etc.

Case Study

  • Noise and shock absorbing
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Resist 80°C. water temperatures
  • High abrasion resistance
  • Seamless and hygienic finish
  • Easy to clean and sterilise
  • Low maintenance cost
  • Low odour during installation.

Polycrete® SL is a coloured smooth floor.

Life Expectancy:
10 - 15 years.

System datasheet

To provide a light to medium duty floor finish with high temperature and chemical resistance. Typical uses are ordinary industrial enviroments such as laboratories, electronic companies, hospitals and normal dry process areas.

Application conditions
Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC, best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight. Colours See standard shades available in "Colour" range.

Temperature Resistance
Polycrete® SL is resistant to temperature cycles up to 90ºC dry heat and 80ºC. wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

See standard shades available in "Colour" range.

Polycrete® SL is not colour stable and may discolour on ageing especially light colours.

We recommend therefore darker colours such as Brown Beige, Tomato Red, Leaf Green and Stone Grey where this colour change hardly is noticeable. Product functionality will not be influenced by this.
