Acrydur® Standard
3- component acrylic based flooring system
Acrydur® Standard 3-4 mm is ideal for areas, which are subject to moderate mechanical or chemical wear with high hygienic demands, such as food industry, wash rooms, and other areas, where an anti-slip surface and easily cleanable floor is required.
Benefits:
- Aestetically pleasing, silkmat surface
- Nonslip finish if required
- Seamless and hygienic finish
- Very good chemical resistance
- Easy to clean and sterialise
- Weatherproof & UV resistent
- Fast installation Curing down to -30°C
- Low maintenance cost.
Appearance:
Acrydur® Standard is a non-slip multicoloured floor with a silkmatt finish.
Life Expectancy:
10 - 15 years.
Application:
For all types of medium load industrial floors, in combination with high demands to hygiene and cleanability. Acrydur® Standard floorings are flexible with excellent wearability, impact and chemical resistance. Acrydur® Standard is easy to clean and maintain in a hygienic condition. The very fast curing of Acrydur® floorings means, that eventual production stop is minimized while installing the floor.
Temperature Resistance:
Acrydur® Standard is resistant to temperature cycles up to 80ºC. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.
Optional slip resistance:
By varying the grinding of aggregate between the two layers of sealer, skidresistance might be varied from moderate to pronounced. Application conditions Temperature -30ºC to 30ºC., best 15 to 25ºC., max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.
