Polycrete® SL Comfort

Soft self levelling polyurethane flooring system

Polycrete® SL Comfort 6-7 mm is recommended for industrial areas, which are subject to intense trafic. The floor is chock and sound absorbing, and is therefore suitable for dry areas as laboratories, corridor areas, electronic companies and hospitals, where sounddamping properties are required.

Case Study

System datasheet

Application
To provide a heavy duty floor finish with high temperature and chemical resistance. Typical uses are ordinary industrial enviroments such as laboratories, electronic companies, hospitals and normal dry process areas.

Application conditions
Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC, best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Temperature Resistance
Polycrete® SL Comfort is resistant to temperature cycles up to 90ºC dry heat and 80ºC. wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

Colours:

See standard shades available in "Colour" range.

Polycrete® SL Comfort is not colour stable and may discolour on ageing especially light colours.

We recommend therefore darker colours such as Brown Beige, Tomato Red, Leaf Green and Stone Grey where this colour change hardly is noticeable. Product functionality will not be influenced by this.
