Polycrete® TC
A three component cementitious polyurethane topcoat
Polycrete® TC 1-2 mm is ideal for areas, which are subject to low mechanical or chemical wear, where antislip properties are required.
Benefits:
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Resist 80°C water temperatures
- High abrasion resistance
- Seamless and hygienic finish
- Easy to clean and sterilise
- Low maintenance cost
- Anti slip finish if required
- Low odour during installation.
Appearance:
Polycrete® TC is a coloured smooth thin coat.
Life Expectancy:
3 - 5 years.
Application
To provide a low to medium duty floor finish with normal temperature and chemical resistance. Typical uses are dry process areas with low traffic and impact and chemical exposure.
Application conditions
Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC. best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.
Temperature Resistance
Polycrete® TC is resistant to temperature cycles up to 90ºC dry heat and 80ºC. wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.
Colours:
See standard shades available in "Colour" range.
Polycrete® TC is not colour stable and may discolour on ageing especially light colours.
We recommend therefore darker colours such as Brown Beige, Tomato Red, Leaf Green and Stone Grey where this colour change hardly is noticeable. Product functionality will not be influenced by this.
