Cement-based lightweight self-levelling floor filler

Ulfcar® Base LW is specially developed to be applied in areas where light-weight constructions are required, such as maritime installations and high building constructions. Ulfcar® Base LW is used for filling and levelling concrete, screed, natural stone, ceramic tiles, metal, wood, mastic asphalt, bricks clinker, etc.

Ulfcar® Base LW can be applied and filled on dry and humid areas, when they are solid and free of dust, dirt, oil, fat, wax and other stripping compounds.

About 5,8 litre of fresh cold water and 25 kg Ulfcar® Base LW, must be mixed into a lump-free, easy-flowing filler.

Processing time at 18-20°C: About 30 minutes. Accessible after about 2 hours. Ready for application after 1 day.

Too fast drying of the new applied layer must be avoided.

Application conditions:
Temperature 5°C to 30°C, best 15 to 20°C.

Temperature Resistance:
Ulfcar® Base LW has been firetested according to DIN 5659- 2:1994 IMO MSC.61(67) A1:2 and can therefore be used as primary deck covering on marine and offshore installations.

Ulfcar® Base LW appears as a smooth self-levelling cementisious floor.
