Road constructions (road crossings, intersections, access ramps to motorways, bicycle lanes, pedestrian crossings etc.) must be temperature resistant and flexible to be able to follow temperature movements of the base. Likewise coatings must be impervious to water and chemically resistant to motor oil, hydraulic liquids, petrol, diesel fuel and when relevant snow melting chemicals. Furthermore with each car passing the various sections of the base construction will move. 


Follow the movements
Consequently coatings must be bridge building enough to be able to follow the movements of the base. Manufacturing areas, from electronics and fine mechanics to light and heavy machine workshops. Demands to be met are often specific demands under the following headings: chemical resistance, wear and impact resistance, flexibility and heat resistance, aesthetics and structure. Floorings in logistic areas (packaging, warehousing and Dispatch) should be easy to clean and maintain and at the same time be aesthetically pleasing with colours and structure chosen to reflect the image and spirit that the company in question wants to promote towards employees and visiting customers. Depending on where we are in the building also other demand may be relevant such as nice to walk on (corridors) or heat resistant (kitchens).

ULFCAR® BASIC

ULFCAR® ECONOMY

ULFCAR® Economy floorings are our cheapest alternativ in every category. SL

Used for levelling existing concrete floors and as an underlay for ULFCAR® synthetic coverings. Can also be used as a final cemented, wearing-surface in, for example, warehouses and factories, where there are no special hygiene requirements. 

Hydraulic curing - beginning setting after 1/2 hour. Accessible after 2 hours. Seamless finish. Ready for application of resin coatings next day (at 5 mm/18-20oC). Low maintenance cost. Fast installation. Applicable in any wanted layer thickness in one operation.
